THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH AUDI AG, AUDI OF AMERICA, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, META PLATFORMS, TIKTOK, YOUTUBE, GOOGLE, OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR VEHICLE MANUFACTURER.

1. SPONSOR

The “QD1” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

(the “Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is promoted under the QuentinDrives brand through https://quentindrives.com (the “Website”).

The Sweepstakes may be administered using Shopify, ViralSweep, and other third-party services selected by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to use appropriate administrative systems and service providers to manage entries, verify eligibility, maintain records, and conduct the winner drawing.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada excluding Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Quebec, and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional partners, and representatives of Sponsor, together with their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

Immediate family includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence.

Individuals who, or whose household members, have won a Sweepstakes prize from Sponsor within the preceding twelve (12) months are ineligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify identity, age, residency, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding any prize.

A valid driver's license and proof of insurance may be required if the winner selects the vehicle prize.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the lawful decisions of Sponsor.

Sponsor's decisions concerning entry administration, eligibility, verification, and winner selection shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Failure to comply with any provision of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at:

12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 1, 2026

and ends at:

11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 8, 2026

(the “Sweepstakes Period”).

No presale entry period is offered.

All qualifying online entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in entries are subject to the separate postmark and receipt requirements described below.

Sponsor's computer records, order records, and/or ViralSweep records shall serve as the official timekeeping and entry-management records.

5. METHODS OF ENTRY

There are two (2) methods of entry.

METHOD 1 — QUALIFYING ONLINE PURCHASE

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals who make qualifying purchases through the Website may receive the number of promotional Sweepstakes entries associated with their qualifying order.

Qualifying products and offers may include digital entry packages, Base Tickets, promotional packages, merchandise, special offers, and other eligible products designated by Sponsor.

The applicable number of entries, entry multiplier, or promotional allocation will be displayed with the qualifying offer at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly specified, entry calculations exclude applicable taxes, shipping, handling, refunded amounts, discounts, and other non-qualifying charges.

Entry allocations may vary between products, packages, quantities, and promotional periods.

Digital entry packages are electronic products. No physical ticket or merchandise is delivered unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

Entries associated with qualifying purchases are recorded electronically using the information submitted at checkout.

Where permitted by applicable law, entries associated with canceled, refunded, fraudulent, returned, or charged-back transactions may be canceled or invalidated.

Fraudulent purchasing, intentional chargeback abuse, unauthorized transactions, or manipulation of the entry system may result in disqualification.

A PURCHASE IS NOT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

METHOD 2 — MAIL-IN ENTRY / NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible individual must legibly hand-print the following information on a 3-inch by 5-inch card:

Full legal name
Complete mailing address
Telephone number
Email address
Date of birth

Place the completed card inside a standard #10 business-size envelope, affix proper postage, and mail it to:

MAIL-IN ENTRY ALLOCATION

Each valid mail-in request will receive one (1) base entry multiplied by the applicable sitewide entry multiplier in effect on the envelope's postmark date.

For example, if the advertised sitewide multiplier on the postmark date is 50×, a valid mail-in request will receive fifty (50) entries.

Where multiple promotional offers are active, the applicable sitewide multiplier will be determined by the promotion terms advertised for the relevant postmark date.

Product-specific bonuses or other special offers are governed by their separately disclosed promotional terms.

There is no stated maximum number of mail-in requests that an eligible individual may submit.

Each request must be individually prepared and mailed in a separate properly addressed, postage-paid envelope.

Only one (1) request may be included per envelope.

Mail-in requests must be handwritten by the entrant. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced requests, bulk submissions, automated submissions, and requests submitted through fraudulent or unauthorized methods may be rejected.

Mail-in entries must be:

Postmarked no later than November 8, 2026.

Received no later than November 13, 2026.

Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, postage-due, or otherwise undeliverable, subject to applicable law.

Eligible mail-in entries received by the stated deadline will be included in the random drawing.

The free-entry allocation described here is the Sponsor's proposed operating method. It requires confirmation of compliance with applicable requirements for equivalent no-purchase entry opportunities before publication.

6. PROMOTIONAL MULTIPLIERS AND BONUS PERIODS

During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may offer temporary promotional multipliers, enhanced entry allocations, bonus periods, product-specific promotions, and limited-time entry opportunities.

Such promotions may include:

Sitewide entry multipliers.
Limited-time bonus entry periods.
Special promotional ticket packages.
Enhanced entry offers.
Final Hours promotional offers.
Additional qualifying entry incentives.

Sponsor may establish the beginning and ending times, qualifying products, entry allocations, and other terms of each promotion, provided those terms are properly disclosed and comply with applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional bonuses do not apply retroactively.

For valid mail-in requests, sitewide multipliers will be determined by the date of the envelope's postmark.

An applicable sitewide multiplier will be applied according to the disclosed offer in effect on that postmark date.

Sponsor may maintain records of promotional multipliers and their effective dates to verify entry allocations.

All bonus entries will be included in the same Grand Prize drawing.

Promotions must not eliminate any no-purchase entry opportunity required by applicable law.

7. GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS

All entries are subject to Sponsor's reasonable verification and fraud-prevention procedures.

Entries are non-transferable, have no independent monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor may review entry records and correct genuine clerical, technical, or administrative errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who:

Provide false or misleading information.
Attempt to manipulate entry calculations or drawing results.
Use bots, scripts, automated programs, or other unauthorized methods.
Commit payment fraud or abuse refund or chargeback procedures.
Attempt to impersonate another entrant.
Interfere with the Website, entry-management platform, or Sweepstakes administration.
Violate these Official Rules or otherwise engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Sponsor may require reasonable documentation to investigate suspected misconduct.

Any correction, disqualification, or invalidation of entries must be consistent with applicable law and the requirements of these Official Rules.

8. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and all qualifying mail-in entries received by the applicable deadline.

The random drawing will be conducted using ViralSweep or another qualified random drawing process designated by Sponsor.

The drawing is expected to occur approximately seven (7) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, after eligible entries have been received, reconciled, and verified.

Sponsor may conduct or announce the drawing through official QuentinDrives social media accounts, the Website, or another designated channel.

The exact drawing time and broadcasting method may be announced separately.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

A selected entrant is considered a potential winner until all eligibility and prize-claim requirements have been satisfied.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner may be notified by telephone, email, postal mail, or another reasonable communication method using the information associated with the selected entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of initial notification.

Sponsor may require:

Government-issued identification.
Proof of age and residency.
Verification of entry information.
A completed Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility.
Applicable liability and publicity releases.
Tax documentation.
Other reasonably necessary documents for lawful prize fulfillment.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, refuses the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate potential winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful notification resulting from incorrect or outdated contact information supplied by an entrant, subject to applicable law.

No additional entry purchase is required to claim the prize.

10. GRAND PRIZE

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner.

Following verification, the winner may select one (1) of the following prize options.

OPTION A — 2017 AUDI R8

One (1) pre-owned 2017 Audi R8 featuring a 5.2-liter V10 engine, RYFT aftermarket exhaust system, extensive aftermarket carbon fiber components, and additional exterior styling enhancements.

The vehicle may contain modifications and non-original equipment.

The vehicle's actual mileage, condition, appearance, modifications, and installed components at the time of prize fulfillment will govern.

Mileage may increase due to promotional use, transportation, maintenance, inspections, testing, or other reasonable activities.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $130,000 USD.

The vehicle is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, subject to applicable law, without any additional express or implied warranty from Sponsor except as required by law.

Sponsor does not guarantee the vehicle's future condition, reliability, performance, roadworthiness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or resale value, except to the extent such guarantees or responsibilities cannot lawfully be excluded.

The winner is responsible for independently determining the vehicle's suitability for operation and complying with applicable vehicle laws.

OPTION B — $100,000 CASH

Instead of the Audi R8, the verified winner may elect to receive:

$100,000 USD.

The cash alternative will be paid through a lawful method selected by Sponsor, such as check or electronic transfer, subject to verification and applicable reporting and withholding requirements.

Approximate Retail Value: $100,000 USD.

PRIZE ELECTION

The winner may select only one (1) prize option.

The winner will not receive both the vehicle and the cash alternative.

Sponsor may require the winner to make a final written prize election.

Once submitted and accepted, the prize election is final unless Sponsor authorizes a change.

The stated maximum Grand Prize ARV is $130,000 USD.

No difference between the stated vehicle ARV and its actual market value will be awarded.

Prize substitution, transfer, or assignment is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Sponsor or required by applicable law.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

11. TAXES, TITLE, REGISTRATION, AND EXPENSES

The verified winner is solely responsible for applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes arising from the acceptance of a prize.

If the vehicle prize is selected, the winner is responsible for applicable title, registration, license plates, insurance, travel, pickup, transportation, inspection, maintenance, and operating expenses unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Sponsor will coordinate reasonable prize-fulfillment arrangements with the verified winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for personal travel costs, lodging, lost wages, or incidental expenses associated with accepting or collecting the prize unless expressly stated.

A United States winner may be required to provide an IRS Form W-9 and complete other necessary tax documentation.

Sponsor may issue applicable tax-reporting forms or make required tax filings.

Any legally required withholding will be handled according to applicable law.

12. ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

The winner may be required to execute and return documents reasonably necessary for lawful prize transfer, verification, and fulfillment.

Failure to provide required documents or satisfy eligibility requirements may result in disqualification.

A Canadian potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, unaided and within the required time, before being declared the official winner.

Sponsor may reasonably coordinate prize presentation, pickup, transfer, or delivery with the winner.

Sponsor will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation, government processing, shipping arrangements, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

13. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its representatives to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, image, voice, statements, city and state or province of residence, and prize-related photographs or recordings for lawful advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Winner announcements, prize presentations, and prize delivery may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.

14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, by entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, advertising partners, promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and service providers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, transportation, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent such claims or liabilities cannot lawfully be released or limited.

Subject to applicable law, the Released Parties shall not be responsible for:

Website interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Errors involving Shopify, ViralSweep, payment processors, hosting providers, or other third-party services.
Incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, corrupted, lost, or misdirected entry data.
Internet, network, server, software, or hardware failures.
Delayed, missing, or unsuccessful electronic communications.
Postal delays, undelivered mail, or damaged submissions.
Unauthorized access, tampering, or fraudulent activity by third parties.
Administrative or human error.
Inaccurate information submitted by an entrant.
Delays in winner verification or prize fulfillment caused by circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
Injuries, losses, or damages arising from the operation, transportation, possession, or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules shall eliminate any obligation or liability that applicable law does not permit Sponsor to disclaim.

15. TECHNICAL ERRORS AND ENTRY RECORDS

Sponsor may investigate discrepancies involving order records, entry calculations, promotional multipliers, database synchronization, or other administrative systems.

If a technical error results in inaccurate entry records, Sponsor may make reasonable corrections consistent with the disclosed entry terms and applicable law.

Sponsor may use transaction records, promotional offer records, ViralSweep data, correspondence, and other reliable evidence to reconcile entries.

Sponsor does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website or third-party systems.

However, Sponsor remains responsible for administering the Sweepstakes fairly and in accordance with applicable law, including appropriately addressing verified entry-recording errors.

16. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION

If fraud, unauthorized intervention, system failure, force majeure, legal restrictions, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromises the administration, fairness, integrity, security, or operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is lawfully terminated early, Sponsor may select a potential winner from among eligible entries received before termination, where appropriate and permitted by law.

Sponsor shall not be required to continue an unlawful Sweepstakes or perform an action prohibited by applicable law.

Sponsor may issue clarifications or correct typographical and administrative errors, provided such changes do not unlawfully impair entrants' rights or materially alter valid entry terms.

17. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent legally enforceable, disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually rather than as part of a class action.

Any judicial proceeding arising from the Sweepstakes shall take place in an appropriate court located in Ohio, subject to applicable law and mandatory jurisdictional or consumer-protection rights.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by Sponsor to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision on another occasion.

19. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, investigate suspected fraud, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, maintain required records, and comply with applicable laws.

Marketing communications, where applicable, will be governed by the Website's Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information.

20. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND WINNER LIST

After eligibility verification and completion of applicable claim requirements, the Grand Prize winner may be announced through the QuentinDrives Website, official social media accounts, email communications, or other designated channels, where permitted by law.
